One Walk Outside, a Body Full of Bites? Mosquitoes and Fleas Are Targeting Your Pet
When the weather warms up, bushes, parks, and riversides become your pet's favorite places — and also the most active spots for mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks.
Have you noticed that after a walk, your pet keeps scratching? Small red bumps on ear edges, belly, and inner legs, scratched until the fur thins. Worse, mosquitoes can transmit heartworm, and fleas and ticks are notorious carriers of skin problems and diseases.
Instead of treating bites after they happen, add a layer of natural protection before you go out.
Citronella & Tea Tree Pets Shampoo — a plant-based formula with citronella and tea tree. Gentle cleansing while helping repel insects and soothe post-bite discomfort. Fresh on the way out, comfortable on the way home.
Why Citronella & Tea Tree Pets Shampoo?
🌿 Citronella Essential Oil — Nature's "Insects Not Welcome" Scent
Citronella is a well-recognized natural mosquito repellent in the plant world. Its scent is fresh to humans but unpleasant to mosquitoes, fleas, and other small insects. After a bath, the light citronella scent left on the coat is like a thin "plant-based protective layer" for your pet.
🌱 Tea Tree Essential Oil — Cleansing + Soothing in One
Tea tree oil has natural cleansing and soothing properties. It helps reduce surface dirt and odors while soothing minor discomfort after bites. Our formula uses a dilution ratio suitable for pets — gentle and non-irritating (still avoid the eye area and mucous membranes; if it gets into the eyes, rinse with clean water).
🧴 Gentle Surfactants — Clean Without Dryness
No sulfates, no soap base, no alcohol, no artificial colors, no parabens. Fine foam, easy rinse. After washing, the coat is soft and fluffy, and the skin isn't tight. It doesn't rely on heavy fragrance to "cover up" odors — it leaves a clean, fresh scent from plant essential oils.
🫧 Low-Lather, Easy-Rinse — Less Residue
The foam rinses easily, shortening bath time and reducing stress for your pet. Less residue means more peace of mind for the skin.
🐶🐱 For Dogs and Cats — Especially Suited for Outdoor Pets
Dogs that love diving into bushes, cats that enjoy the balcony, pets that frequent parks or camping trips — all can use it for daily cleansing and pre/post-outdoor care. For puppies, kittens, pregnant, or nursing pets, use under veterinary guidance.
Which Pets Need It Most?
-
Dogs that go for walks every day and love running through bushes
-
Pets prone to mosquito bites and flea harassment in summer
-
Sensitive pets whose skin reddens and itches after bites
-
Before and after camping, hiking, or playing in grassy areas
-
Pets with stronger body odor or skin that develops odors easily
-
Families looking for plant-based daily repellent care
How to Use
Wet the entire coat with warm water. Dilute an appropriate amount of shampoo with water, lather, and gently massage into skin and coat. Avoid the eyes, ears, and mouth/nose. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a towel and blow-dry promptly. Bathing before outdoor activities gives better results. If fleas or ticks are already present in large numbers, combine with your veterinarian's recommended parasite control plan and environmental cleaning. If foam gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
What Pet Parents Are Saying
"My Border Collie runs in the grass every day, and summer mosquitoes are relentless. After a bath with this, his coat has a light citronella scent, and after walks he's noticeably less bothered by bites. The foam rinses easily and his coat isn't dry."
— Border Collie Parent, Hangzhou
"My cat loves the balcony and occasionally gets mosquito bites on the ears. This shampoo smells natural. After washing, my cat doesn't resist, and the little red spots on the ears are fewer. Will keep using."
— Cat Parent, Shanghai
"I bathed my dog before a camping trip, and over two days he was barely bitten. It's not a harsh chemical smell — it's a plant-based fresh scent that both humans and dogs can accept."
— Camping Enthusiast, Chengdu
One Extra Step Before Going Out, One Less Scratch When You Return
Pets can't say "a mosquito bit me." They can only scratch, lick, and rub. What you can do is spend a few extra minutes before heading out to give them a gentle layer of plant-based protection.
